Мэдээллийн боловсрол, цахим ур чадвар, цахим бичиг үсэгт тайлагдах талаар олон тооны судалгааны ажил хийгдэж, янз бүрийн загвар боловсруулагдсан байдаг. Энэ удаад Siriwatchana Kaeophanuek, Jaitip Na-Songkhla, Prachyanun Nilsook зэрэг судлаачид 2018 онд “How to Enhance Digital Literacy Skills among Information Sciences Students” (Мэдээллийн шинжлэх ухааны оюутнуудын цахим бичиг үсгийн ур чадварыг дээшлүүлэх нь) сэдэвт өгүүлэл нийтлүүлсэн бөгөөд тэнд санал болгосон загварыг танилцуулж байна.
Тэд загвараа “Мэдээллийн салбарын мэргэжилтний цахим бичиг үсгийн чадварын элементүүд” гэж тайлбарласан.
Уг загварт дурдсанаар мэдээллийн салбарын мэргэжилтэн нь шүүмжлэлт сэтгэлгээнд суурилсан дараах 3 ур чадварыг эзэмшсэн байх шаардлагатай ажээ. Үүнд:
- Мэдээллийн ур чадвар.
- Цахим хэрэгсэл ашиглах ур чадвар.
- Цахим шилжилт.
Тэд цахим бичиг үсэгт тайлагдсан мэдээллийн салбарын мэргэжилтэн нь цуглуулагчаас бүтээгч болж хувирсан байна гэж үзсэн.
